Unlocking Deeper Insights in Digital Pathology

We are pioneering the future of digital pathology through our proprietary AI-powered platform. Using breakthrough second harmonic generation microscopy and machine learning algorithms, we provide unprecedented insights into biological tissues for drug development and precision medicine.

Digital Pathology for Fibrosis Assessment

Stain-free Solution

Our Genesis®200 Imaging System uses label-free second harmonic generation (SHG) microscopy to visualize fibrillar collagen in tissue biopsies in incredible detail without limitations of conventional staining. Our Powerful HistoHepa© AI algorithm then extracts quantitative, reproducible digital biomarkers to inform decision making. By combining SHG imaging with cloud-based analytics, we offer turnkey digital pathology that consistently reveals subtleties within tissues are difficult to perceive using conventional staining procedures.

Precise

Leverage quantitative and objective metrics to accurately stage disease

Detailed

Visualize subtle changes in microstructure to assess therapeutic response

Reproducible

Improve inter- and intra-observer agreement in the study of complex diseases

Complete

Obtain a 360° complete understanding to inform decisions

SHG imaging is a technique that involves a femotosecond laser interacting with non symmetrical structures within tissues to produce photons at half the wavelength of the excitation. This highlights biological structures and subtle changes within tissues in stunning detail. Compared to conventional staining and methodology, SHG offers:

  • 2D/3D imaging of tissues without exogenous stains
  • Enhanced visualization of collagen fibers at high resolution
  • Non-destructive imaging of unstained tissue
